Formed in 1886 Shrewsbury Town Football Club is an English football club based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. For the vast majority of their history they have played at the Gay Meadow, but since 2007 have been located at the new state of the art stadium - Greenhous Meadow in south Shrewsbury. Design & Print of an A4 4 page newsletter
Having met at a Shropshire Chamber breakfast meeting NRG were able to assist STFC with the design, print and mail of their ‘new’ newsletter. Using our own in-house design team NRG has designed the newsletter with a template layout to ensure ease and consistency throughout future editions. Working alongside one of our print partners we were able to organise the print of 10,000 newsletters at the most cost effective price.

The mailing consisted of:
A personalised A4 carrier sheet featuring the STFC lion logo as the background to the whole carrier plus their full logo, their return address and their web address.
- A4 Newsletter
- Book of Raffle tickets
- Packed into a C4 poly bag.
Being the first newsletter ever produced by STFC, NRG were delighted to be able to advise on the best way forward in order to produce, pack and post in the most cost effective way and within budget. NRG were able to offer considerable discounts on the postage using Mailsort 3.

NRG were able to organise the project from start to finish taking away any stress or worry from STFC. We were able to print, pack and post 9,124 mailers within a matters of weeks (including the full design and print of the newsletter) – saving STFC time, money and resource.
NRG were also able to offer a significant saving on postage of over £1,000 by using Royal Mail’s mailsort 3.
In Summary
NRG were able to provide a one stop shop for STFC’s first ever newsletter. If we are able to offer an additional service that will make it an easier process we are more than willing to do so. In the case of STFC, all that was needed was the content and images and we were able to create the newsletter from just 2 meetings – again saving the clients time!!
