Machine Insertion and Hand Packing

As a modern mailing house with sophisticated machinery, we can insert many items in to either envelopes or wrap them in polythene at speeds of up to 4,000 per hour. Using the OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) system we can also insert different items into each envelope in the same run, preventing waste and ensuring that the recipient receives information that is relevant to their needs and capitalising on the maximum postage discount. Whether you have a single letter to send to your customers or would like to send a large number of different items or strange and non-uniform shapes, we can help. We collate using machines or by hand to ensure the mailing is in the correct format to meet your objectives.
