Machine Insertion and Hand Packing

As a modern mailing house with sophisticated machinery, we can insert up to 6 items in to either envelopes or wrap them in polythene at speeds of up to 8,000 per hour. Using the Barcode technology we can also insert different items into each envelope in the same run, preventing waste and ensuring that the recipient receives information that is relevant to their needs and capitalising on the maximum postage discount. We can also match letters to response forms using the barcode system.  Whether you have a single letter to send to your customers or would like to send a large number of different items or strange and non-uniform shapes, we can help. We collate using machines or by hand to ensure the mailing is in the correct format to meet your objectives.
