List Acquisition

The foundation of effective direct mailing is the list you use. This can either be your current customer base or a list that we can acquire from List Suppliers. We use fully accredited suppliers which are normally DMA members. Lists can be targeted to match your customer profile. for example if you are looking to promote your products or services to the over fifties in a set income level, we can obtain lists for you. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and confidentiality of data is our highest priority.

We help our clients by advising on the type of data which is better suited to their mailing campaign. We explain the different types of licence and the constraints placed upon the client concerning its use.

Data Cleaning

Sending more than one item to a customer is not only a waste of money, but it reduces the impact of your mailing, irritates the recipient and is a waste of money and resources. No company has a perfect list! We take the data and using sophisticated software we identify and remove duplicates. This reduces the cost of duplicate mailings. We provide the following data services:
